Karen joined the company in October 2025, bringing a wealth of experience. Karen has quickly established herself within the team and currently works part time managing all aspects of the company finances.

Izzy is the heart of the operation, working tirelessly to keep the process of impressions, orders and shipping moving. Always with a smile, she provides our customers with the high level of customer service we pride ourselves upon.

Rebecca came to ProtectHear 11 years ago and along with Izzy ensures the Production Department runs smoothly. She makes sure our products are up to the high standard our customers are used to receiving.

Corrina joined ProtectHear in 2023. She quickly developed a real passion for her role and has recently been promoted to Senior Technician. She is at the forefront of customers service and product innovation.

Kieran has been with us for 12 years running our technicians diaries. By providing customers with flexible appointments, Kieran has built a fantastic rapport with many of our long standing clients.

Deb is our newest recruit having joined us in August 2025. Covering the North-West region, Deb is fully qualified, friendly and enthusiastic. A fantastic addition to our growing ProtectHear family.

Mascot and all round nice guy!!

Eric is essential to the success of our business. With his positive attitude and friendly demeanour, he manages our fan base by keeping folks entertained at shows. Come and take a selfie with Eric, he’s rather photogenic!!

Lauren has undertaken several roles since joining us in April 2024. She is now responsible for the day to day running of the business assisting the team to deliver the best possible service.
