Re-branding appears on our new Brochures!

New Brand, New Brochure

We have launched a completely new brochure from our re-branding project and are really pleased with the results. The brochure was recently taken to The Health and Safety Event and proved to be a success; lots of engagement and good feedback about how our product can help protect employees.

The brochure has undergone a huge transformation in comparison to our old one, it features enhanced content and brand new imagery.  Here is the before and after comparison:

The new graphics definitely make the brochure stand out and works well with the new brand. Our original brochure was an A4 4 sided, whereas our revamped one is A5 with 16 pages of useful information!

Want to have a look for yourself? You can download the brochure or you can check out our interactive brochure.

Health and Safey Event – ProtectHear® Launches Rebranding

Health and Safety Show sees Rebranding!

We recently attended The Health and Safety Event to not just promote our product, but to officially launch our re-brand from At Source QX Ltd to ProtectHear®.

We have developed a brand new eye catching logo and exhibition stand, in order to replace the previous graphics and bring us up to date!

Old ……..

New!

Our stand now features graphics with the new logo and imagery, a monitor with a rolling presentation and our cost saving calculator iPad stand which is completely interactive. Customers can come and see for themselves how much they can save in comparison to disposable hearing protection. Of course there were some things that didn’t need to, such as the earplug filled obelisk. This always grabs peoples attention as it illustrates how many disposables on average someone would use over a 5 year period.

Check out the latest events we are attending; you can chat with our friendly team and see our new stand in action.

Custom ear plugs presented at The Health and Safety Event 2016

Custom ear plugs at The HSE NEC

The Health and Safety Event brings as many as 2000 exhibitors together to showcase their products and services. 6000 visitors visit The NEC for this event, to find new solutions to manage health and safety and educate people more on the subject. Our custom ear plugs certainly grab people’s attention; here is what the event entailed…

HSE NEC

The exhibition spans three days and opens at 10.00am. We were ready for the first day, with our smart new stand, monitor and interactive cost savings calculator. Not forgetting the eye catching obelisk with 5 years’ worth of disposables and tasty jelly babies to sample!

Following our success at last year’s event, we were looking forward to what the show had in store this time round. Exhibiting on Stand K32 we had an influx of visitors. Being the only exhibitor for custom moulded hearing protection meant there was a lot of interest.

Once again we had a prize draw competition for a personal pair of Pro-M music plugs, which was won by Alex Wilson from Rolls Royce.

Industrial ear plugs explained in the Steel Industry…

Industrial ear plugs in the Steel Industry

ProtectHear® industrial ear plugs are used in well known named workplaces such as William Hare, Tata Steel, Alcoa etc. Hearing protection is a must in these types of working areas and ProtectHear® is great for attenuating noises to a safe non-harmful level, whilst still allowing communication. Our product can be worn with all forms of PPE that is required in industrial environments.

William Hare

We are proud suppliers to William Hare and have been now for 9 years, Jean Collison said “The product protects from factory noise but enables workers to still hear warning bells, which is critical. Although background noise is reduced, speech can still be heard, which is extremely useful.”Ears can breathe healthily with our product and ProtectHear® is the step in the right direction to prevent Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL). ProtectHear® has a five year lifespan, and the savings made in comparison to disposables are significant.

The two main types of ear plugs we offer are a vented 29 SNR and a solid 31 SNR (Single Noise Rating). The 29 SNR allows users to communicate whilst working. Whereas the 31 SNR has an added level of protection for higher levels of noise. Which might be required from some industrial earplugs. Jean also mentioned how we promote not just the product but the education into businesses. “They also go the extra mile by helping us promote a sensible health and safety culture internally; they have been involved in some very helpful toolbox talks which clearly state the benefits of the product to our employees when it comes to hearing protection”.

Our Customers

Tata Steel have been provided with our ear plugs since 2000. Starting off at the Scunthorpe site, before expanding throughout the group. We have been dealing with Alcoa now for over 4 years. Building foundations at Birmingham before implementing throughout the Company.
